I get so emotional about Jeanne so easily because she is THE BEST in history.

She basically had the stereotypical rpg hero backstory, of working on a farm until she FINDS HER CALLING! And then has a training montage (in which she learns how to use a sword, ride a war horse, GETS a warhorse), runs an army, and turns the tide of war.

I love her so much also because everyone knew she was a woman. A young woman. She kicked ass and the glorious thing was that the English knew they were getting served by a french dairy maid, and I cannot articulate how great that is.
